A clearer, more cooperative path forward.
Whether you are navigating divorce, a transition, or a difficult dispute, we provide calm, structured support to help you understand your options and move toward resolution.
Our approach
Mediation creates space to slow down, understand what matters to each person, and work through decisions one step at a time.
As a neutral third party, we keep conversations balanced, respectful, and focused. We’ll help you identify shared priorities and consider practical options. You make the decisions; we provide the structure, clarity, and steady guidance that help move the process forward.
Designed for where you are now
You do not need to understand the entire process, or have everything figured out. We offer two ways to help you move forward.
Helping you reach an agreement
Mediation brings both parties into a confidential, structured process for working through a disagreement. Identify the real issues, exchange information, and understand what each person values. Then explore solutions for a positive outcome.
Mediation can help with:
Divorce and separation
Parenting plans and family decisions
Property and financial agreements
Neighbor and community disputes
Small claims and other civil disagreements
A friendly, knowledgeable guide
The court system can feel confusing, impersonal, and overwhelming—especially when you are trying to manage it on your own.
Court Support helps you understand the big picture, prepare for what comes next, and approach the process with greater confidence. We’ve been through this process and understand how emotionally demanding it can be. Court support can help you feel less alone.
We can also help guide you in drafting and editing your own documents. However, we do not provide legal advice, represent clients, or draft legal documents.
In-person and remote options
Depending on the situation, mediation may take place together in one room or through separate conversations we facilitate.
Grove Mediation & Court Support serves clients throughout Clark County, Cowlitz County, and surrounding Southwest Washington communities.
In-person meetings are available at our uptown Vancouver office with easy parking, with remote sessions available for clients who prefer to meet by video or who live farther away.

You don’t have to figure this out alone.
A free initial consultation is simply a chance to meet Amy, ask questions, and decide whether her support feels like the right next step. Reaching out does not commit you—or anyone else—to mediation.
